How the Offer Works:

Step 1: Place order of ANY Medicines worth ANY value using the Coupon Code NMSSUPER25, valid from 1st to 31st December 2020. 

Step 2: You get an immediate Flat 10% discount (max. Rs. 5000) on medicines. Also, upon the delivery of your (pre-paid only) order, you will get a credit of 15% NMS SuperCash* (max cashback: Rs. 3000) to your NMS wallet. 

*The 15% NMS SuperCash is calculated based on the post-discounted value, which is obtained after deducting 10% discount amount from your total prescription order amount. 

For example: If your prescription order amount is Rs. 1000, you get an immediate discount of Rs. 100. Upon the delivery of your pre-paid order, a cashback of Rs. 135 (15% of post-discounted value of Rs. 900 [1000-100]) as NMS SuperCash will be credited in to your NMS wallet. 

Points to Note:

• Under this offer, the coupon code NMSSUPER25 cannot be combined with ‘selected’ e-voucher codes.
• The 15% NMS SuperCash is eligible on all FULL Pre-Paid orders of Medicines ONLY (not valid if partly paid by COD). No minimum purchase is required to avail the 15% NMS SuperCash.

• The NMS SuperCash wallet amount can be redeemed ONLY for a maximum of 25% of total value of prescription medicines in your cart in one transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period (35 days from the date of credit) of your NMS SuperCash wallet amount.

• 15% NMS SuperCash validity: 35 days from the date of credit.

• The 15% NMS SuperCash is eligible on fully Pre-paid medicine orders only (not valid if partly paid by COD). NO minimum order value is required to get a 15% NMS SuperCash.
• Under this offer, the maximum cashback amount (15% NMS SuperCash) offered is Rs. 3000.
• The 15% NMS SuperCash will be offered ONLY for the orders placed using the promotional coupon code: NMSSUPER25.
• If the order has both prescription medicines and non-prescription products, then the cashback offer will be applicable ONLY for the total value of prescription medicines.
• COD orders are not eligible for 15% NMS SuperCash.  
• The 15% NMS SuperCash is eligible for the orders pre-paid through any of the following payment modes: (i) credit/debit card (ii) net banking (iii) available payment partner e-wallets (eg, Amazon Pay, Paytm or any others as available) alone or combined with any of the aforesaid payment method. NOTE: The 15% NMS SuperCash will NOT be offered for the portion of the payment made using any existing Netmeds wallet balance such as NMS Cash/NMS SuperCash payment, AND/OR e-voucher code.

How to redeem 15% NMS SuperCash?

Just follow these 4 easy steps to use/redeem your NMS SuperCash, after it has been credited to your Netmeds wallet account.

• Step 2: At the Cart page, in the right-hand side, check “NMS SuperCash” button and the deduction of your NMS SuperCash will be immediately reflected, at the bottom, under the Payment details heading. Please note: The NMS SuperCash wallet amount can be redeemed only for a maximum of 25% of total value of prescription medicines in your cart in one transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period of your NMS SuperCash wallet amount.
• Step 3: Upload/attach Prescription.
• Step 4: Review order and complete payment.
• You should log in to your Netmeds account and check under the Netmeds SuperCash segment of your NMS Wallet to know the value of your NMS SuperCash, which will be credited once your pre-paid order, placed using the coupon code NMSSUPER25, has been delivered.  Please note that we will also notify you about the cashback credit amount via email as well as SMS once your order is delivered.
• Expiry of 15% NMS SuperCash Wallet Amount: The 15% cashback amount that has been credited to your Netmeds SuperCash wallet will expire 35 days from the date of credit.
• Any unused NMS SuperCash, pursuant to this offer, shall automatically lapse after 35 days from the credit date and shall stand forfeited.

• The NMS SuperCash wallet amount can be redeemed on fully Pre-paid orders only (not valid if partly paid by COD). Note: COD orders are not eligible for redemption of the cashback amount.
• The NMS SuperCash can be redeemed on the purchase of Medicines ONLY.
• The NMS SuperCash CANNOT be redeemed on OTC & FMCG products.
• The NMS SuperCash wallet amount can be redeemed only for a maximum of 25% of total value of prescription medicines in your cart in one transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period of your NMS SuperCash wallet amount.

• Your earned 15% NMS SuperCash can be used to pay for your medicine order along with any of the following payment modes: (i) credit/debit card (ii) Net Banking (iii) NMS Cash or other available payment partner e-wallets (eg, Amazon Pay, Paytm or any others as available). NOTE: NO other coupon code/e-voucher discounts or promotional offers can be applied for the orders where the NMS SuperCash wallet amount is redeemed.
• NMS cashbacks will NOT be offered for the portion of the payment made using any existing NMS SuperCash wallet balance amount.
• Regular shipping charges will apply on ALL orders where the 15% NMS SuperCash amount (full or part) has been used to make payment. 
• The NMS SuperCash wallet amount is non-replaceable and non-transferrable under any circumstances.
• The NMS SuperCash wallet amount is not redeemable for cash.

Other Terms and Conditions

• This offer is non-negotiable and non-binding.
• This offer will become null and void in the event that an order placed using the promotional coupon code is cancelled.
• Netmeds reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute this offer at any time without prior notice and the same is at the sole discretion of the company.

• Netmeds reserves the right to withdraw the NMS SuperCash from customers’ wallet account if any fraudulent activity is identified for the sake of availing the benefits under the offer.
• Netmeds is not responsible for any failed transactions as part of this offer NOR liable for any failures relating to technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other issues of any kind to the extent that these may prevent the Customer from participating in this offer.
• Netmeds’ decision shall be final and binding in all respects with respect to the matters relating to the offer.
• The offer shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of India subject to the jurisdictional courts of Chennai.
