How the Offer Works:

Step 1: Place your FIRST medicine order using the coupon code NMSFIRST, valid from 1st to 10th May 2020. NOTE: A minimum order of medicines (along with ANY other products) worth Rs. 500 is required to be eligible for the Flat 17% discount on medicines and a 10% NMS SuperCash.

Step 2: You get an immediate 17% discount (max. Rs. 5000) on medicines. Also, upon the delivery of your (pre-paid only) medicine order, you will get a credit of 10% NMS SuperCash* (max cashback: Rs. 3000) to your NMS wallet.

*The 10% NMS SuperCash is calculated based on the post-discounted value, which is obtained after deducting 17% discount amount from your total prescription order amount.

For example: If your prescription order amount is Rs. 1000, you get an immediate discount of Rs. 170. Upon the delivery of your pre-paid order, a cashback of Rs. 83 (10% of post-discounted value of Rs. 830 [1000-170]) as NMS SuperCash will be credited in to your NMS wallet.  

Points to Note:                                                                           

• FLAT 17% OFF Medicines + 10% NMS SuperCash is valid only for NEW customers on the first medicine order.
• The 10% NMS SuperCash is eligible on your FIRST fully Pre-Paid orders of Medicines ONLY (not valid if partly paid by COD).
• The NMS SuperCash wallet amount can be redeemed ONLY for a maximum of 25% of total value of prescription medicines in your cart in one transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period (45 days from the date of credit) of your NMS SuperCash wallet amount.
• ANY other coupon code/e-voucher discounts or promotional offers CANNOT be applied for the orders where the NMS SuperCash wallet amount is redeemed.
• If your prepaid order of medicines (along with ANY other products) worth Rs. 500 is reduced to LESS THAN Rs. 500 once the NMSFIRST coupon code discount is applied, then such order will NOT qualify for the Cashback. So, the Net Amount Payable for such order, AFTER the application of the NMSFIRST coupon code discount, should be Rs. 500 or more to receive the 10% NMS SuperCash.
• The maximum cashback amount (10% NMS SuperCash) is capped at Rs. 3000 per transaction. The validity of the NMS SuperCash is 45 days from the date of credit.
• Also, as part of this offer, the 10% NMS SuperCash will NOT be offered on orders placed using any coupon code other than NMSFIRST.

• *The maximum discount of flat 17% on medicines per order transaction is capped at Rs. 5000.
• The coupon code NMSFIRST must be applied at the shopping cart page to get a FLAT 17% discount on Medicines and 10% NMS SuperCash.

• Shipping Charges are not covered by this offer, and Regular shipping charges will apply on ALL orders. Regular shipping charges are as follows: Delivery charges for orders up to Rs. 99 is Rs. 50 and charges for order value between Rs. 150 and Rs. 999.99 is Rs. 25; FREE Delivery on orders of Rs. 1000 or more.

What is 10% NMS SuperCash?

• A 10% NMS SuperCash (max. Rs. 3000) is the cashback amount that will be credited to your NMS wallet, after the shipment of your FIRST “Full pre-paid order” of medicines, placed using the coupon code NMSFIRST (valid from 1st to 10th May 2020).
• 10% NMS SuperCash validity: 45 days from the date of credit.

Terms and Conditions - 10% NMS SuperCash

• The 10% NMS SuperCash is eligible on your FIRST fully Pre-paid medicine order only (not valid if partly paid by COD). NOTE: A minimum order of medicines (along with ANY other products) worth Rs. 500 is required to get a 10% NMS SuperCash.   
• The 10% NMS SuperCash will be credited in to your Netmeds Cash Wallet account ONLY after your pre-paid order, (placed using the coupon code NMSFIRST), is delivered.
• Under this offer, the maximum cashback amount (10% NMS SuperCash) offered is Rs. 3000.
• The 10% NMS SuperCash will be offered ONLY for the orders placed using the promotional coupon code: NMSFIRST.
• Your Net Amount Payable for (pre-paid) Order of medicines (along with ANY other products) should be Rs. 500 or more to be eligible for the 10% NMS SuperCash. This means that, to qualify for the Cashback, your order (pre-paid) MUST be worth Rs. 500 or more AFTER the application of the NMSFIRST coupon code discount.   
• If the order has both prescription medicines and non-prescription products, then the cashback offer will be applicable ONLY for the total value of prescription medicines.
• COD orders are not eligible for 10% NMS SuperCash.
• The 10% NMS SuperCash is eligible for the orders pre-paid through any of the following payment modes: (i) credit/debit card (ii) net banking (iii) available payment partner e-wallets (eg, Amazon Pay, Paytm or any others as available) alone or combined with any of the aforesaid payment method. NOTE: The 10% NMS SuperCash will NOT be offered for the portion of the payment made using any existing Netmeds wallet balance such as NMS Cash/NMS SuperCash payment, AND/OR e-voucher code.
• Under this offer, the 10% NMS SuperCash will not be offered for the “Shipping Charge” portion of the payment for the eligible orders.

How to redeem 10% NMS SuperCash?

Just follow these 3 easy steps to redeem your NMS SuperCash, after it has been credited to your Netmeds SuperCash wallet account.

Step 1: Add the Medicines you want to your cart.

Step 2: At Checkout, Upload Prescription.

Step 3: At Review page, under ‘NMS Wallet’ payment option, in the “NMS SuperCash” segment, check ‘Use Balance’ box and then click ‘Redeem’ button and you’re done!

• You should log in to your Netmeds account and check under the Netmeds SuperCash segment of your NMS Wallet to know the value of your NMS SuperCash, which will be credited once your pre-paid order, placed using the coupon code NMSFIRST, has been delivered. Please note that we will also notify you about the cashback credit amount via email as well as SMS once your order is delivered.
• Expiry of 10% NMS SuperCash Wallet Amount: The 10% cashback amount that has been credited to your Netmeds SuperCash wallet will expire 45 days from the date of credit.
• Any unused NMS SuperCash, pursuant to this offer, shall automatically lapse after 45 days from the credit date and shall stand forfeited.
• The NMS SuperCash wallet amount can be redeemed on fully Pre-paid orders only (not valid if partly paid by COD). Note: COD orders are not eligible for redemption of the cashback amount.
• The NMS SuperCash can be redeemed on the purchase of Medicines ONLY.
• The NMS SuperCash CANNOT be redeemed on OTC & FMCG products.
• The NMS SuperCash wallet amount can be redeemed only for a maximum of 25% of total value of prescription medicines in your cart in one transaction. However, you can use the remaining wallet amount in subsequent transactions placed within the validity period of your NMS SuperCash wallet amount.
• Your earned 10% NMS SuperCash can be used to pay for your medicine order along with any of the following payment modes: (i) credit/debit card (ii) Net Banking (iii) NMS Cash or other available e-wallet payment.
• NO other coupon code/e-voucher discounts or promotional offers can be applied for the orders where the NMS SuperCash wallet amount is redeemed.
• Regular shipping charges will apply on ALL orders where the 10% NMS SuperCash amount (full or part) has been used to make payment. Regular shipping charges are as follows: Delivery charges for orders up to Rs. 149.99 is Rs. 50 and charges for order value between Rs. 150 and Rs. 999.99 is Rs. 25; FREE Delivery on orders of Rs. 1000 or more.
• NMS cashbacks will NOT be given for a pre-paid order where the NMS SuperCash wallet amount is redeemed/used for making payment.
• The NMS SuperCash wallet amount is non-replaceable and non-transferrable under any circumstances.
• The NMS SuperCash wallet amount is not redeemable for cash.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
• This offer is not valid towards previous purchases.

Other Terms and Conditions

• This offer is non-negotiable and non-binding.
• This offer will become null and void in the event that an order placed using the promotional coupon code is cancelled.
• Netmeds.com reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute this offer at any time without prior notice and the same is at the sole discretion of the company.
• Netmeds.com reserves the right to revise the maximum limit for the Cashback amount or change the validity period of the Cashback under this Offer at any point of time with or without prior notice to the customers.
• Netmeds.com reserves the right to withdraw the NMS SuperCash from customers’ wallet account if any fraudulent activity is identified for the sake of availing the benefits under the offer.
• Netmeds.com is not responsible for any failed transactions as part of this offer NOR liable for any failures relating to technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other issues of any kind to the extent that these may prevent the Customer from participating in this offer.
• Netmeds’ decision shall be final and binding in all respects with respect to the matters relating to the offer.
• The offer shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of India subject to the jurisdictional courts of Chennai.
